1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Omega Online Portal website and any orders or requests you make through it. By signing in, browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Your account

The store is for signed-in members. You sign in with your Discord account, and you must meet Discord's minimum age and follow Discord's own terms.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Discord login secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. One person should use one account.

3. Products, prices and availability

We try to describe products and show photos accurately, but descriptions, images and stock levels may contain mistakes or change without notice. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it and give you the chance to confirm or cancel your order.

Stock is limited. An item shown as in stock may sell out before your order is confirmed.

4. Orders and requests

This website does not take payment. When you check out, you are submitting an order or request, not buying immediately. An order only becomes a sale once we contact you, confirm that the items are available and you agree to the final details.

Items marked "Request" are not in stock. Requesting one means you'd like us to try to source it; it is not a promise that we can. We may set a limit on how many of an item each account can request, and we may decline, reduce or cancel any order or request, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect misuse.

You must give us accurate contact details and a way to reach you that you actually check. If we can't reach you, we may cancel your order.

5. Payment, delivery and returns

Payment methods, delivery or pickup arrangements, any shipping costs and the return or refund terms for an order are agreed directly with you when we confirm it, before you commit to buy. Nothing is charged through this website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

6. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• place orders or requests you don't intend to complete, or use the site in bad faith;
• create multiple accounts or use other means to get around per-account request limits;
• scrape, copy or harvest the site's content or data in bulk, or use bots or automated tools to place orders;
• try to access other people's accounts or orders, or probe, disrupt or overload the site or its security;
• upload content that is unlawful, offensive or that you don't have the right to share.

7. Content you provide

You may upload a profile picture. You keep ownership of it, but you give us permission to store and display it on your account for as long as it is there. Only upload images you have the right to use. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Omega Online Portal name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Game names, card images, logos and other trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Omega Online Portal is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those owners unless we say so.

9. Third-party services

Signing in uses Discord. Discord handles your login and has its own terms and privacy policy; we aren't responsible for their service or for how they use your information.

10. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or refuse service, if you break these Terms or misuse the site. You can stop using the site at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Orders already confirmed stay under the terms in effect when they were confirmed.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the store operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts there, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
