• Account activity: your order history, how many of each item you have requested, and experience points on your account.
• Technical data: a session record created when you sign in, which includes your IP address and browser details, and the cookie that keeps you signed in.

3. How we use your information

We use your information:

• to create and run your account and keep you signed in;
• to process your orders and requests and to contact you about them using the method you chose;
• to enforce per-account request limits and prevent misuse or fraud;
• to show your order history, profile picture and experience points to you;
• to keep the site secure and working, and to comply with legal obligations.
• We use your contact details only for your orders, your account and essential service messages, never for advertising.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember what is in your cart. Both are essential for the store to work.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time, but you'll be signed out and your cart will be emptied.

5. Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Discord, which handles your sign-in under its own privacy policy;
• the service providers that host our website and database, who process data on our behalf and only as needed to run the store;
• authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the site from fraud or abuse.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. We keep order records for as long as we reasonably need them for running the store, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting requirements. Session records expire automatically.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricting access to customer data to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can change or remove your profile picture from your account page at any time and sign out whenever you like. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify who you are first, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain, such as order records.

9. Children

The store is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and Discord requires users to meet its own minimum age. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
